Refund policy

We want you to love your set. If something's not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund.

How returns work

Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send return instructions. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us with a photo and we'll sort a replacement or refund — no return needed.
